Thursday, January 03, 1935 to Wednesday, February 23, 2011 A Resident of Marble Hill, MO Visitation Services will be held on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church Cemetery near Marble Hill, MO Dewey Franklin Cook, age 76, of Marble Hill, MO; passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born January 3, 1935 in Bollinger County, MO; son of Delzie and Bertha Mae Cook. He and Lula Belle Hanners were united in marriage on July 15, 1955. Dewey had worked for Sam Tanksley Trucking as a body mechanic, the pallet mill and was a member of the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church. Survivors include: his wife, Lula Belle Cook of Marble Hill; son, Ricky Lee Cook of Marble Hill; son and daughter-in-law David and Amy Cook of Marble Hill; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Gary Stovall of Marble Hill; brother and sister-in-law Clytus and Beverly Cook of Marble HIll; sister and brother-in-law, Verla and Elbert Cook of Marble Hill; five grandchildren. Preceding him in death was his parents. Visitation will be Friday, February 25, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Then on Saturday at 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Fulbright, Rev. Steven Sander and Bro Alan Terbrak officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery near Marble Hill. Dear Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do for you. I will keep you in my prayers.
