Thursday, March 17, 1921 to Saturday, July 05, 2008 A Resident of Marble Hill, MO Visitation Services will be held on Sunday, July 06, 2008 at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church near Marble Hill Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 07, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church near Marble Hill, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Hurricane Fork Cemetery near Marble Hill, MO Jessie Lee Fulbright, 87, of Marble Hill, MO, died Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the family home. He was born March 17, 1921 at Hurricane, MO, son of William Amos and Mary E. Causey Fulbright. He and Opal A. Long were married March 29, 1952 at the home of Rev. Clay Pogue in Piggott, AR. He was a retired cutter for the International Hat Co. of Marble Hill, and a member of the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Opal Fulbright of Marble Hill, daughters; J. Faye (Jerry) Garland, Tammy (Scott) Hanners both of Marble Hill, a sister Sarah F. "Dood" Welker, Marble Hill, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers; Albert, Charley, Truman, Lester, four sisters; Etta Fulbright, Maude Cook, Myrtle Cook and Esther Tadlock. Visitation will be Sunday after 4:00 PM at the Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 AM at the church with the Rev. Steve Sander, Rev Jeff Garland and Rev. Jim Fulbright officiating. The burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Liley Funeral Homes of Marble Hill is handling the arrangements. There is so little one can say, but my heart goes out to you. May good memories be a source of comfort at this time. Our hearts go out to you in sharing your loss. Uncle Jess was a honorable and great man. Oh Dear Faye, I just learned about your dear sweet daddy going home! I returned from Hominy Valley last night and just read Obituaries. I just had to let you know I am praying for you and your dear family. Even tho we know there is no more of this old world that our loved ones has to go through, it is not easy to say goodby. But the best is yet to come up in Heaven. May God comfort you and your family. HE IS THE GOD OF ALL COMFORT and will help in each time of need. Love you Dear Heart and your family.
