Friday, June 17, 1932 to Monday, January 21, 2008 A Resident of Marble Hill, MO Visitation Services will be held on Friday, January 25, 2008 at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 25, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Liberty Church Cemetery near Marquand, MO Ruby Lois Yount, age 75, of Marble Hill, MO, died Monday, January 21, 2008 at her son's residence. She was born June 17, 1932 at Malden, MO daughter of Lee and Bessie Hanks Hughes. She and Frank Harry Yount were married June 19, 1948 and he died September 8, 1995. Mrs. Yount was an inspector for the Henchel Hat Manufacturer and a member of the Lutesville General Baptist Church. Survivors include; two sons, Bill C. Yount and Frankie Carl Yount both of Marble Hill, three brothers Richard Hughes of Collinsville, IL, John Hughes of Malden, MO, Robert Hughes of Springfield, MO, two sisters, Helen Batson of Crown Point, IND, Marilyn Gurlen of Collinsville, IL, nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Sharon Loughary, two brothers, and one grandson, Curtis Yount. Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Funeral service will be Friday, January 25, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Michael Grady officiating. Burial will follow at the Liberty Cemetery near Marquand, MO. This was my precious Auntie. I've loved her all my life. One day there will be a great "Yount Reunion." My family is the most important thing to me. I want all of you to know that. I know you all are there for me as I am there for you. I love you all. Aunt Ruby meant more to me than anyone will ever know. She will always hold a special place in my heart right there with Uncle Frank. I am sorry I cannot be there for the family. I am not feeling well at this time. My thoughts & prayers are with you. We do not talk much, but my thoughts are with everyone. the sweetest sisterinlaw anyone would want or ever hope to have you are surely going to be missed by everyone. This was one of my favorite Aunts. Aunt Ruby and Uncle Frank were both stalwarts for the Yount family and are both dearly missed. I remember as a little child, I would go to her and she would give me candy. She was as sweet as candy and holds a very special place in my heart. As Cathy said, one day there will be a big family reunion in heaven and I am looking forward to that day. I love you Aunt Ruby!
