He was born July 6, 1957 in Cape Girardeau, MO; son of Eugene and Ruby Barks Hahs. He and Sheila Corbin were united in marriage on September 25, 1982. Steven worked as a service technician for CSPI Corporation, a member of the Sedgewickville United Methodist Church, Secretary-Treasurer of the Garden of Memories Cemetery and served his country proudly in United States Navy from January 6, 1976 to April 5, 1982. Survivors include; his wife Sheila of the home; son Joel Hahs of Sedgewickville; daughter Jenna Rae (Jason) Fadler of Pacific, MO; sister Gena (Mike) Welker of Patton, MO; granddaughter Raya Lynn Fadler; in-laws Rev. Jimmie E. and Elwanda Corbin of Jackson, MO; brother-in-law Jimmie Mack (Barbie) Corbin of St. Peters, MO; sister-in-law Regina Rainey of Glen Allen, MO; nephews Kirk (Kristy) Smith of Patton, MO; Jamie (Caryn) Rainey of Glen Allen, MO; nieces Tabitha (Barry) Grossman, Bridget Welker, Whitney Welker of Cape Girardeau, MO; Nikki (Herb) Schuler of Oswego, Il; five great nephews, two great nieces and several cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-n-law James D. Rainey Sr. Friends may call at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Then on Friday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Sedgewickville United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be Friday, June 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Sedgewickville United Methodist Church with Rev. Pam Ekey, Rev. Jimmie E. Corbin, Rev. Charles Buck, Rev. Billy Hahs officiating.
