Saturday, August 16, 1941 to Monday, December 26, 2011 A Resident of Glen Allen, MO Visitation Services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Gravelton, MO Willis Clell Myers, age 70, of Glen Allen, passed away Monday, December 26, 2011 at his residence. He was born August 16, 1941 in Wayne County, MO; son of Clell Patrick and Jane L. Stroup Myers. He and Helen Gray were united in marriage on December 25, 1966. He retired from the Revelle Lumber Company, a member of the Carpenters Local 1795, Carpenter District of St. Louis and a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Gravelton, MO. He served his country proudly in the U. S. Army from 1964 to 1966. Survivors include his wife Helen of Glen Allen, daughters Amanda Wilkinson of Marble Hill; Abbey Jansen of Leopold; Andrea Crabtree of Jackson; sisters Eulah Stephens of Fredericktown Norma Lawrence of St. Louis; Mabel Boyd of Farmington; Dorothy Key of Poplar Bluff; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Preceding him in death was his parents, and sisters, Delores Moore and Nina Koerner. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 4 to 8 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Funeral Services will be Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with the Rev Rick Pettey officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Gravelton, MO. Aunt Helen, Mandy, Abbey and Andrea, Our love and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Only the Lord can give you the Peace needed. So thankful we were able to see Uncle Bud just two weeks ago. Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt Delores and mom are rejoicing with him right now. Sorry Helen to hear about Bud. I won't be able to attend the funeral but you and your family will be in my prayers. Helen, Amanda, Abbey and Andrea, You all have our deepest sympathy. Your husband and Daddy was an amazing man! We are so sorry that you all have to go through this. We pray that God gives you all the strength that you are needing. We love you all! Helen you and family are in our thoughts and prayers. He was a wonderful husband and father. He loved his God, family and country. May God be with all of you during this time of sorrow.
