Monday, January 04, 1937 to Thursday, July 28, 2011 A Resident of Patton, MO Visitation Services will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, MO Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 01, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Patton, MO Carlos McMinn, age 74, of Patton, MO, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born January 04, 1937 at Lavinia, TN; son of Richard and Myrtle Walls McMinn. He and Elwanda Reagan were married Nov. 5, 1955. He was an ordained Minister and Pastored the Patton Fellowship Church for many years. Mr. McMinn was a Printer by trade for the McMinn Printing Company at Fredericktown, MO. Survivors include; his wife Elwanda of Patton, five sons; Mardale McMinn, Patton, Brent McMinn, Patton, Gary McMinn, Jackson, MO, Daryl McMinn, Fredericktown, Dwight McMinn, Patton, three daughters; Karen Reichstadt, Wisconsin, Andrea Holmes, Fosston, MN, Rachel Brooks, Patton, two brothers; Freddie McMinn, Huntsville, AL, Allen McMinn, Milan, TN, three sisters; Eulene McMinn, Milan, TN, Betty Jean DePriest, Milan, TN, Carolyn Hefley, Humboldt, TN, forty six Grandchildren and seventeen Great Grandchildren. Preceding him in death was his parents, four brothers, one sister and one grandchild. Visitation will be Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton and Monday from 11:00 am until service time at the Calvary Temple Church at Fredericktown. Funeral Services will be Monday at 1:00 pm at Calvary Temple with Pastor Alan Martin of Believers Fellowship officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Patton. I was so unaware of Carlos passing. I was just thinking of him with my son graduating High School this year and he had done my graduation announcements. He will be miss, but He is with the Lord and my prayers are with the family. Elly (Smith) Hughes We are sorry to hear of your loss. Carlos was a very blessed man. We know he will be missed by many.
