Tuesday, September 08, 1925 to Saturday, April 14, 2007 A Resident of Jackson, MO Visitation Services will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 4:00 PM\ to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, MO Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Patton Cemetery near Patton, MO Glenn Edwin Statler, 81, of Jackson, MO died Saturday, April 14, 2007 at the family home. He was born September 8, 1925 at Patton, MO, son of Andrew J. and Verna G. Grindstaff Statler. He and Pauline Lincoln were married Dec. 28, 1947 at Patton, MO. Mr. Statler was an Air Force veteran of WWII, a supervisor at Clean Tec in St. Louis, a member of the Masonic Lodge #626 in St. Louis, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MO. Survivors include his, wife Pauline Statler of Jackson, two sons, Richard Edwin Statler and Randall K. Statler both of St. Louis, MO, two daughters; Paula R. Redman of Valley Park, MO, Ruth G. McGhee of Ozark, MO, one sister, Grace Osburn of Jackson, MO, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Ronald Glenn Statler, three brothers, Paul, Perry, Lloyd, and one sister, Bernice. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with the Rev. Grant Gillard and Rev. Eric Snider officiating. Burial with full military honors by the Missouri Military Honors Team will follow at the Patton Cemetery. To My other family in Mssouri. I want to let you know how sad I am about the death of Daddy Glenn.. He always treated me and Gracie like his own children. He will surely be missed.. Please know I am with you in prayers and in spirit.. wish i could be there in person.
