Friday, March 02, 1923 to Saturday, October 08, 2016 A Resident of Farmington, MO Visitation Services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre, MO Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 12:00 PM at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Bonne Terre Cemetery in Bonne Terre, MO Imogene "Jean" Keller age 93, formerly of Bonne Terre, MO passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the Camelot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Farmington where she had resided for the past 4 years. She was born March 2, 1923 in Bonne Terre, daughter of Raymond and Hazel Murphy Willa. On January 20, 1943, she married Lester Hawn. He passed away January 31, 1978. She married Manley Keller on June 23, 1983, and he passed away November 16, 1996. Jean had taught at several local schools early in her working career, had been a substitute teacher, and most recently worked at Holekamp Lumber Company. She was a lifelong member of Centenary United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the United Methodist Women, the church kitchen band, and a member of the Bonne Terre Eastern Star. Loving survivors include a daughter, Susan (Ivan) Statler of Fredericktown, 2 grandsons, Joshua (Natalie) Statler of Valley Park, MO, and Alex Statler of Cape Girardeau and a great granddaughter Ainsley Caroline Statler of Valley Park. 2 Step sons Bruce (Janice) Keller of Bonne Terre, and Perry (Sandee) Keller of Houston, Texas. 4 step grandchildren, Jason (Amy) Keller and Kate (Bill) Cotton of Bonne Terre, Kallee (Chris) Ortman of Festus, and Crystal Gregg of Houston Texas, 8 step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Jean was preceded in death by a daughter Carol Hawn, and her sister and brother in law Marilyn and John Jenkins. Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 13th from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm at Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre. The funeral service wll be at 12:00 pm at the church with Rev. Dave Wiant officiating. Interment will be in Bonne Terre Cemetery. Liley Funeral Homes is in-charge of arrangements.
