Friday, April 21, 1939 to Friday, February 10, 2012 A Resident of Sedgewickville, MO Visitation Services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO The Final Resting Place is at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sedgewickville, MO Leona Ellis, age 72, of Sedgewickville, MO; passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at her residence. She was born April 21, 1939 in Millersville, MO; daughter of Tony Otto and Alma Lou Fulbright Ates. When Leona was two her father passed away and her mother was remarried to Albert Kistner who raised her as his own. On May 17, 1957 she and Jerry Ellis were united in marriage. Leona was a homemaker and a member of the Sedgewickville United Methodist Church. Survivors include; husband, Jerry; sons, Gregory (Mary) Ellis and Bryan Ellis both of Sedgewickville; daughter Pam (Ronald) Walther of Jackson; brother; Alan (Glenda) Kistner of Millersville; nine grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her father, mother and step father, sons, Anthony and Patrick and brother L. B. Ates. Visitation will be Monday, February 13, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Dowler, Rev. Robert Graham and Rev. Stan Hargis officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sedgewickville. Jerry so sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with you. Jerry and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there, but due to the weather conditions I am afraid to drive up. I will be thinking of you and your family. Take care.
