Seymour, 90, of Columbia, MO, and formerly of Marble Hill, MO, died Tuesday August 10, 2010 at Boon County Hospital, Columbia. She was born June 15, 1920 near Senath, MO, daughter of Charley E. and Cora L. Rhodes Green. She and Odis C. Seymour were married June 21, 1941 at Matthews, MO and he died April 21, 1963. Mrs. Seymour was a Charter member of the New Bethel Congregational Methodist Church where she held many positions prior to failing health. She had retired from the Paramount Hat Company in Marble Hill. Survivors include sons; Jerry Seymour, Red Oak, TX, Edward Seymour, Marble Hill, Terry Seymour, Cape Girardeau, MO, daughters; Cathy Hartle , Guatemala, Central America, Connie Seymour, Columbia, Karen McCormick, West Monroe, LA, brothers Detroy Green, Ames, IA, James Green, Blythe, CA a sister Anabel Seymour, Hobbs, NM, eleven grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one brother, one sister and one granddaughter. Visitation will be Thursday, August 12, 2010, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton. Funeral Services will be Friday, August 13, 2010, at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Sander officiating. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Church Cemetery, near Marble Hill. Condolences may be left at www.lileyfuneralhomes.com She was a great lady. Lulu So sorry to hear of Mildreds passing,I knew Mildred as in home health she was one of my clients when she lived north 51,She was a loving lady and we had lots of talks together. I was fun just to go see her she made you always feel at home,Bless her family and loved one as she is in peace now. We are sending our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Mildred's suffering has now ended and she is whole again. Love you all!!
